1. What sizes do your kimonos come in?

Our kimonos come in one size only and can be worn open loose or closed with our belt included. We've recently made our newer collection kimonos longer in length too. 

2. How do I care for my silk kimono?

To maintain the quality of your silk kimono, we recommend dry cleaning only. Avoid direct sunlight for extended periods, as it may cause fading. Store your kimono in a cool, dry place and avoid contact with rough surfaces to prevent snagging.

3. How are your kimonos made?

Our kimonos are meticulously crafted by skilled artisans and tailors. Each kimono is made with attention to detail and high-quality materials personally sourced from around asia, ensuring a unique and luxurious garment.

4. Where do you ship to?

At the moment we ship in the UAE for free, and around the GCC for a 50aed flat fee. 

5. What are your payment options?

We accept all credit / debit cards using an online payment platform called MamoPay. Once you checkout, we will send the payment link to your registered Whatsapp or e-mail. Once confirmed, your order will be shipped. 

6. What is your return policy? 

We do not offer refunds or returns, but we are happy to exchange your item for another that better suits you.
